Why should I book with The Cyprus Cruise Company?

We have years of experience in the coastal day cruise industry and know our suppliers personally, therefore we give a unique personal service that you do not get from large international travel companies. The Cyprus Cruise Company is part of the St Georgios family and only deals with the St Georgios boat and any associated products.

How can I contact you if I have a question before booking?

If we haven’t answered your questions through our website, we have an instant chat option with CeCe or call us direct +357 97870040 between 08:00 and 20:00 Cyprus time. Outside of these hours you can send a message to CeCe and she will respond the next morning. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@cypruscruisecompany.com

What happens if I have a specific dietary requirement, or children with me?

On our Scheduled Cruises food menus are standard and cannot be changed, but you may bring your own food if you wish. However we cash supply a vegetarian option which can be requested during the check out process. You can also order a child meal (chicken nuggets) in the same way, this applies for child tickets ages 4-12.  For those on Free tickets 0-3 years, the meal will need to be ordered and paid for in advance, the cost of an additional meal is €5.00

If you are booking a create a Cruise package, you will be able to specify what food you would like included within your Create a Cruise package.

Is the St Georgios boat able to accommodate people with a disability?

We will do our upmost to accommodate someone with a disability. Sometimes the obstacles getting too and from a boat departure point can limit accessibility. If you have any concerns please email us at info@cypruscruisecompany.com with the following information and we can then do our upmost to make the experience happen for you.

• Resort you are staying in
• Level of disability
• Dates that you have availability to travel

How can I make payment?

We accept payment by Credit/Debit cards when paying through our website which is processed through Stripe.  Payments made on board the boat can be made in cash or card and all cards on the boat are processed through JCC.

How long do I have to wait until I get confirmation that my cruise is booked?

Unlike many others, our system is fully automated and allows you to book our scheduled cruises immediately.

If you are looking for a private charter, you can look at our Create a Cruise section. As soon as we receive your enquiry via messenger, email or phone call to +357 97870040 and it is within the hours of 08:00 – 18:00 (Cyprus time) we can usually finalise your cruise within 2 hours. Out side of these hours we will get back to you by 10:00 the following day.

How will I know that my cruise has been booked?

Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders for an email from us containing your confirmation. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes of completing the booking process and payment has been confirmed with Stripe, please contact us at booking@cypruscruisecompany.com or call us on +(357)97870040

How do I get my ticket?

We operate a paperless system, no paper tickets will be issued. The email you receive from us will have the information that you need and is your boarding pass for the transfer bus and boat .

How do I know how to get to the boat?

The email you receive will contain the following information:

• The date your cruise is booked for along with the boat and the cruise name
• The time and location that the transfer bus will pick you up (if applicable)
• The number of adults, children and infants booked for the cruise

• Any bookings with no transfers will receive the departure point of the boat and the latest time to be at the boat

Can I customise a cruise to my requirements?

The simple answer to that is yes! Please look at our Create a cruise page for further information

I need to cancel by booking, what happens?

We would like to have the opportunity to transfer your cruise to another day, If you are cancelling within 24 hours of pick up time of your cruise (or departure time of the cruise for those with no transfer) the booking is 100% non refundable, but is transferable.

Cancellations before this time will receive a full refund according to our cancellation policy.  In the case of deposit only payment for a Create a Cruise package, all deposits are non-refundable.

We can also issue a gift certificate that is transferable to family and friends for full value that can be used on any cruises through our website and valid through to 15th November of the year of booking

What happens if the Cyprus Cruise Company cancels my booking?

Very rarely we may not be able to provide the service booked. This would usually be due to very high demand, not enough demand, weather conditions or other unforeseen operational issues.

If we are unable to accommodate you on an alternate cruise/date we will issue you a 100% refund back to your card.
