If you pay us for tickets to any event or excursion we are required to keep your order details for a minimum of 6 years for legal purposes (taxes, company returns and auditing) During this time we will not contact you unless there is a particular need related to your order. We will not add you to any mailing lists nor otherwise store your details elsewhere apart from in our email system. We periodically may need to compile reports of particular products sold which may include basic information such as your name. This information is for internal reporting purposes only and would only be stored on our password protected office computer in a secure document. 

We do not operate any newsletters or mailing lists. We will not otherwise ask for your personal information unless you correspond with us first by either placing an order or contacting us with a query. 

When you make a payment to us your payment details are held securely by the payment processor (Stripe) for as long as their terms and conditions and privacy policy specifies.
